Sue Renfro, CEO of MSR & Associates, has over 20 years media and marketing experience in television, radio and print. With an M.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, where she received the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Professional Promise, Sue has worked with award-winning advertising campaigns, vendor funding, and event planning across a variety of disciplines and industries including education, medical, financial, automotive, retail, construction, business to business and non-profit clients. She has also taught broadcast advertising at the University of Tennessee and received the E.W. Scripps Outstanding Salesperson of the Year award.

Sue has served on the boards of The Knoxville Advertising Federation, the Knoxville American Marketing Association and The East Tennessee Association of Female Executives, and is also professionally active in the national EWomenNetwork and the East Tennessee Coaches Association. She has also served in several capacities with area non-profit groups, including the Akima Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. Sue is proud mom to sons Andy and Mark, and a Knoxville native, deeply rooted in the East Tennessee community. Sue and her family are active in Second Presbyterian Church in Knoxville.
